This has been our fav spot for a few years. Always consistently fresh, great service and the chefs are passionate and friendly. Good environment and always clean.

Went here for the first time last night and everything was AMAZING. The service was phenomenal, sushi was arguably the best I've ever had. Me and my boyfriend are so excited to have found this spot, the sushi chefs make the entire experience so much fun.
We came to this local spot for dinner and was pleasantly surprised. The servers were nice and friendly (shout out to Patricia and Lily!) and the sushi/ sashimi was super fresh! The Sushi Chefs Mason and Pink took great care of us and plated everything beautifully. Will most definitely be coming back to Vanilla Fish with the next sushi craving!
I stumbled across this restaurant on yelp was blown away with the service and beautiful plating by Mason the sushi chef. We ordered a omakase plate carefully selected and plated by Mason. The sashimi was super fresh and everything was delicious. Thank you chef Mason! We will definitely be back.
I drove down from the Central Coast to Chino to visit niece, her husband and their new baby. Their go-to sushi place for dinner is Vanilla Fish. Located in Soquel Cyn Parkway Shopping Center, it is a small but cozy restaurant complete with a small sushi bar. It was relatively busy and friendly staff to greet us while they gathered our order. we placed a pretty large order to-go for five people. For myself I ordered two rolls, a rainbow roll, which is pretty staple in most sushi restaurants and a "white tiger" roll. I was a little disappointed with the rainbow roll because it wasn't as covered with seafood on the outside as most of the restaurants I've dined. Additionally it was a little on the smaller side but still tasty because, well, it's sushi!! On a very positive note the white tiger roll had plenty of sea food and had just enough bite of spice! I'd recommend Vanilla Fish if in the Chino area since my family enjoys it - I'd definitely eat there again and give their menu a better look!
